Beautiful
We moved into these apartments when they were newly built a few years ago and just moved out. The apartment itself was nice because everything was new and the location is great. It was also nice to have the gym on the property as well as the dumpsters and recycling. There were a few issues with mainly the employees of Maine Properties and the lack of professionalism when it came to dealing with normal renter/property management situations. Eh. I've seen plenty of good things and many really great policies, but also a LOT of very pushy and rude management. Not functional, incompetent, seemingly inexperienced, inconsistent responses, etc. Not very empathetic or giving tenants much space. Very difficult to end a lease despite having various fair reasons and frankly legal grounds. I could go into detail but it doesn't seem like it's worth the time if I can just end the lease soon anyways. Not trying to be aloof just honest about my time here.
