Experience was good. Doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. And I was in and out quickly.
Staff are are friendly and courteous. Comfortable atmosphere and very helpful in explaining any procedure.
Very nice and professional
I've been seeing the Upper Cumberland group for a few years. I have always been treated with respect and a genuine concern for my health. After being diagnosed with Charcot Foot the Doctor and nurses have worked hard to get me the proper equipment for my condition. However, I do have one complaint. The time it takes to receive diabetic shoes seems a bit long. I amd currently over 8 weeks since my order and really need those new shoes....
DR Tompkins is a very good Dr and cares about his patients
