lady with the beard acts like a robot when asked simple questions and doesn’t answer them just stares at you with a blank stare
Lady was absolutely awful, rude, and embarrassing. Asked about why the coffee was so light? A simple question only to be given an attitude about why it was the way it was”oh that’s how I brew the coffee” unacceptable not needed and then turned away in disgust like I was in the wrong. It’s only 10:30 in the morning and I just came from a doctor’s appointment trying to get a coffee, and I could have went a half mile down the road to another coffee shop (which I did) without the attitude.
