It appears as though after so many bad reviews regarding customer service, not much has been rectified. I stop at this establishment on occasion, but it had become less and less frequently in the past year. I use to go very often in the past. I'll never go back. Stopped and filled up my car. Walked into the store to get a soda for my drive home. I was aggressively approached by your employee that yelled, sir, you have to use the window. It was 1am with the doors OPEN. He basically pushed me out and said use the window. If there was a way to get my $25.00 in gas returned I would. Never will I go to any Cumberland Farm locations again. Ba Bye!
The manager of this store, named Sam, was very rude and disrespectful toward me today. He showed no professionalism while doing his job and had a very bad attitude. I am a regular and loyal customer of this gas station, and I come here every day to eat the mini steak rolls, which by the way are very delicious. Unfortunately, I am allergic to spicy food.
