The new manager Nicole is absolutely amazing. What she’s has done in the short time she’s been here is outstanding. The store is cleaner and the staff are so pleasant. Always saying hello and making sure I’ve found what I needed. I look forward to coming in for my coffee daily.
Staff is unpleasant in the morning hrs. ICE machine is always broken since the pandemic. Workers at not happy that they have to provide ICE in the back freezer. A lot of complaining and just a miserable staff in the last five years! Customers don't want to hear about how you hate your job and just complain about everything. FOUNTAIN SODA MACHINE is gross. Mildew is growing inside water has not been cleaned out!
