It's good it's my number one store it's my Togo store I love ittt the best. if I could give this store a 1000 I would for it's good treatment and appreciation towards it's costumers
Usually have a pretty normal experience here. Last visit, out of 5 employees at the counter and me standing there, no one seemed to want to assist or even tell me to hold for a moment. It was just sort of rude. I just put my stuff back and left.
The new SmartRewards app is an absolute pile of Crap. Pull up to the pump, wait 2 MIN. For the app to find what pump your at. Go to cashier to redeem an offer app freezes or just gives you the spinning wheel. Cancel offer, drive away and app activates the offer you cancelled. ABSOLUTELY A PILE OF CRAP APP. Cumberland is working really hard to lose my business.
