THIS Cumberland store should be closed or sold to someone who wants to take care of it and be hospital to it's customers. 3 weeks ago, they had a septic tank issue that caused it to overflow thru the store and park lot.. so thier solution? To have NO PUBLIC restroom available to the public.. on a major US highway. Thier excuse if they let everyone to use the restroom, that it will overflow again..
