Good customer service
I’ve never had someone come outside to rip me a new one for sitting in my car trying to keep warm while pumping gas. This woman even shut the pumps off on completely and told me it was a EPA violation…. Maybe she takes her job very seriously? Any other Cumberland farms I go to has never had this kind of a behavior to a paying customer. Beyond rude and over the top behavior while yelling from the door through to the parking lot at me.
Jeff is a pretty rude guy and shouldn't be in customer care or running a register. Can't get anything done because he says the other managers aren't there. How can this be true when he's running the store. Probably just lazy. Customer satisfaction Jeff customer satisfaction....
