Asked if I could get a new pretzel made because the one ready in the window was hard as a brick on the bottom & they replied saying all of them are like that & she refused to make me a fresh one. Bad customer service wouldn’t recommend this Cumberland farm for lunch.

Often come here for gas and coffee. NEVER AGAIN!!! Last week went for coffee and as I sat my coffee cup on the counter to put my creamer in it, a huge ROACH ran over the creamer and sugar!!!! Needless to say I walked right outta there. How f’in disgusting do you have to be to already have roaches in a brand new store. I will NEVER go there again. And I will keep spreading the word cause people need to know where their food and drinks are coming from or have been!!
