Any gas station without a restroom deserves to be burned down.
The gas station refused to accept my passport for buying cigarettes, even though Massachusetts law lists passports as valid ID. They’d accepted the same passport from a different clerk before, so it’s inconsistent at best. They insisted on a scannable ID only, even though the state clerk training guide accepts passports. Not a huge deal, but worth knowing if you’re using a passport.
Went for 93, left with attitude. went to grab some gas, 93 screen had lines throughout. Asked the cashier and he grabbed the manager, the manager proceeded to say that I was to blame because I clicked 89 (I own a turbocharged car) and that I could take my business elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The only employee is sloppy and sits in the office all day eating snacks. The store is filthy everytime I come in and the coffee tastes terrible. Go somewhere else you’ll get better gas prices and better tasting coffee!
big white guy working the store, extremely rude to me and the couple of customers that were with me, told to that im gonna have to wait a few minutes he's busy its 1 am at this and I need a couple of things with no other stores close by that are open so I wait 15-20min for him so I finally go inside the store to get those couple of things and he proceeds to tell me that he's closed did the same with the other customers aswell and when confronted turned very rude
