This store has gone downhill so fast since the manager retired. Men’s room is filthy. Coffee is almost always out at peak time in the morning, when people want it. Floors are a unswept and unmopped. Trash on the floors and the once friendly staff seems seriously stressed out. What used to be a pleasant morning experience is now…..not. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I love Cumby's coffee and glad I can get it at discount with my smart perks. What I don't like is the night shift guy not wanting to do his job. He is always hanging out front with the rift raft smoking cigarettes or worse the rift raft smelling like cigarettes is hanging out inside next to check out to chit chat with him about video games and what not making customers feel awkward and having to hold their breath as to not smell him. I know this place can tend to get a bad rep, but I'd like to share my experience being the total opposite. Over the last 2 weeks especially I've visited this particular store several times. I broke my ankle and am on crutches so extremely difficult to get around! There's 1 team member in particular who goes above and beyond every time he has seen me go in. Today, I visited this store and their checkout person was covered in tasteless tattoos on his neck and face including an upside down cross. I guess there are literally no standards for hiring at Cumby's. This person has an insult to Christianity tattooed on his face. I won't go back and will encourage everyone I know not to patronize this store.
Place is a joke every time I stop the doors are locked or there out of feul I don't even use gas. I'm sorry I can't unlock pump for you because I can't leave the other pumps unlocked when I just said yes I have diesel
