Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

They always have my best interest in mind Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
