We had better power consistently in Iraq and Afghanistan. Power goes out way to much for this to be a good stateside company. If you telework, your job will be at risk due to power and internet outages. If you are on medical equipment requiring electricity, better get a generator. The slightest rain, wind, or any adverse weather and its light out.
They have the power to charge you as they please. They think you have no other options for electricity other than to get their services and pay what they want to charge you. I’ll run off grid with solar and a generator.
I've always paid my bill on time with auto pay. I had a fraud incident and had to update my account with my new card information. HOWEVER, unknown to me, internet and electric are billed separately and I apparently only updated the electric account. They charged me $30 for return payment. I called and that's when they explained the separate billing but they would not waive the $30. I feel as a customer with 0 incidents or late payments on my account that it would've been good customer service to waive that fee. It's obviousl... read more
