Awesome! What can you say when you’re greeted with friendly smiles and professionalism. From the front the front desk receptionists to the tech assistants, they are were, helpful, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Can't say enough about my visit with Leslie! She was awesome, so now my trips to the dermatologist will be to Cookeville because of her. Visited with her two times in as many weeks and all taken care of.
They did treat my face spots so I do credit that BUT...Love how I've been going here for yearly, called to get a rescheduled appointment couldn't get in. Its been a little since Ive been seen, but I moved in 2021 here and started going here. I had to go for yearly couldnt get in, So went to The Integrated skin institute in Lebanon for a yearly and they tested 2 spots. One spot on my leg I've had since I moved here from FL. I've been sent here for 2 different issues through VA community care. None of the treatments were okay. I dont even see on their website that any of them are even dermatologists. It says nurse practitioners. I will never return here for anything. I thought it was important to share my honest review because I chose them based on their google ratings.
This team at Cumberland Dermatology is AMAZING!!! I arrived for my appointment accidentally an hour early, they got me in right away! They are very friendly, very professional, get the job done and you are done! Love this place and highly recommend!
Really off putting receptionist. I asked for help with my daughter's insurance information and she huffed and puffed at me over the phone like she couldn't be bothered. Seeking care elsewhere.
