Ive lived on the 70n since 2012 and walk daily to the local store for my daily excersize. I have congestive heart failure. My fiance was intoxicated one day and got lost on their property. I went to find her. Heard her in distress in theur trees and went to get her and the woman owner screamed at me to not set foot on the property. We made an appointment with the agent for Sunday at 2:00 to get a listing of properties for sale in the Cumberland Cove. We were running late and went to call to let her know, and she told me she wasn't meeting with us because she needs to know if we have the money and a letter of credit from a bank stating we can purchase land.
