RecommendedWe were traveling through Tennessee on vacation & had time to kill between Nashville & Chattanooga. We found Cumberland Caverns on google and decided to take it he 20 mile jog off of I-40. SO glad we did. It was a beautiful educational & very delightful experience. The caves are huge and amazing to see. We had an amazing time this past week at Cumberland Caverns! Dolton was a great an entertaining guide! Enjoyed every minute in that beautiful cavern! Will definitely be going back for some more tours!
Had a great time visiting Cumberland Caverns! Tour was fun and not too strenuous for this 50 yrs old. Ladies bring your $$ because the gift shop is amazing if you love crystals as much as I do you could stay in the gift shop for hours! Beautiful rocks and jewelry! Love my shirt too! Will be back soon!
My girlfriend and I went here for a day date. The staff is knowledgeable in the history of the caves. Great place to visit. Looking forward to a adventure tour next.

We reserved the Higgenbotham's Revenge tour and had Colin as our guide. It turned out that it was just me and my daughter so we basically had a private tour. Colin did a great job, was very knowledgeable and showed a genuine love for the cave and it's features. Since we were a small group, Colin showed us some really interesting things not normally on the tour. The cool temps inside were such a nice relief from the sweltering heat above. Enjoyed our visit. The only recommendation that I would make is keep groups smaller not because of COVID-19 but because our group had over 20 people. The people at the end of our group probably never heard what guide was saying. Caverns are great though!!
We're from Keyser WV and was visiting family in TN when we stopped to tour Cumberland Caverens. What an awesome experience with some amazing views in the cave. I highly recommend this tour, and our guide, a younger fella named Justin was great and made the experience even better. 2 thumbs up.
Our tour guide Colin was very friendly and informative. The cavern was very pretty and interesting and would definitely visit again. 👍
