If I could give a zero I would. Worst mental health i have ever been too. Never call medications in on time, sending shit to wrong pharmacy, never going to this place again.
The communication with the front desk staff at this facility is INCREDIBLY poor. After each appointment they are supposed to give a call to reschedule the appointment and that never takes place. 3 days following my last appointment, my prescription had still not been sent to my pharmacy. I have since called 6 different times to get it refilled. They have mixed up my patient information with 2 other patients. On 4 of the 6 calls, no one has verified my date of birth. Dr. Ayers is a good psychiatrist, but the desk staff is the worst. They never call to schedule my appointment, even though I’ve been told many times that that’s their job. But even when I call, which is every time, there have been multiple times when I never got called by the Dr. (I only ever do online appts). They’re rude and dismissive, and there have been times when it has taken driving to the actual office in order to make some progress. All in all, I WILL be finding a new prescriber because, wow.
Dr. P is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. He truly listens, takes time to understand my concerns, and always explains things in a way that makes me feel comfortable and informed. His compassion and expertise have made such a difference in my life, and I’m so grateful to have him as my doctor. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.
My experience with Danyelle Simmons at Cumberland Behavioral Care has been unprofessional and disappointing. She has been late to multiple appointments, including one in July where she was over an hour late with no explanation. At another appointment, she became argumentative which lead to her yelling and abruptly ended the call stating someone else will call you while failing to prescribe my medication.
