As a physician I have found the Cumberland apothecary to be quite accommodating with my requests for compounded medications. My clients seem quite happy with their service. I cannot comment on customer service, but their product seems to be good.

DO NOT PATRONIZE this business. Having called ahead of the trip to Cumberland Apothecary to be sure my durable medical equipment was covered under my insurance (I live 30 miles away), I was shocked 3 months later to receive a bill in the amount of $125 for something I was assured was fully covered. Rude Service!! – The older, gray-haired woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude to me and my 80 year old mother!! My mother was released from the hospital and we went there to obtain compression stockings. Not having purchased anything like this previously, I called in advance and found out my mother needed to be measured for them. No one mentioned that I needed to make an appointment to do this. Store Hours – Wanted to add to the previous review. Cumberland Apothecary is open Monday through Friday only. Saturday and Sunday they are closed...that's why the doors were locked and nobody was there.

Cumberland Apothecary - DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY – Cumberland Apothecary...what is going on with this business? I stopped at this pharmacy on two different Saturdays at 4:30 p.m. and they were closed. The hours say open until 6:00 p.m. But the door was definitely locked and no lights were on. Not a good way to do business. Not a good role model for independent pharmacies.
