We have been taking out pet to Cumberland Animal Clinic for 6 years. They have always been great about getting us in and always friendly and courteous until my last visit. I followed what I was told by the tech to wait for follow up on my pets test. They didn't call with results until after they were closed so when I called back they were not reachable for follow up or payment. RecommendedToday I brought pet 1 of 5 to CAC. We’d quit a previous vet who was entirely competent, yet in the wrong business from a “dealing with humans” perspective. Pandemic circumstances dictated that I sat in my vehicle while my pup was ushered in for his first visit. I've known Drs Tom and Lauren and their very knowledgeable and compassionate staff for more years than I wish to remember. I totally trust them with my 4-legged kids, Nikko and Alaska (A.K.). I drive 2 1/2 hrs one way for their services, knowing they will give my dogs only the best care and treatment!!
Pets and their owners always are put first! The personal touch from check in to time with the doctor to check out is exceptional!
