I’ll begin by saying that I love Culver’s usually. I’ve had mostly great experiences however this location is an exception. Inconsistent food, rude staff members and unprofessional management make this location far below average. If you’re traveling west go to the Howell location. If traveling east try the one on Wixom rd. The south Lyon location is well worth the extra travel time to avoid this disaster.
Salads are great and it is my grandkids favorite place! The employees are always so nice!!!!!!!
The person who took my order was nice. I waited a good ten minutes for chicken tenders and they came out cold. 9$ bucks for some cold chicken tenders. Played a game with my niece and nephew on the way home where we change the name of store fronts to be funny. We did Culver’s and all I can think about is cold chicken tenders. Guy who delivered the food was nice too.
The cod, shrimp, onion rings and coleslaw was delicious😀We will be back
I went there two days ago to the drive through and I ordered a double hamburger that was so dry and did not have all of the other condiments that it was supposed to have. I also ordered a side of onion rings And received cheese curds.
