First, the air conditioning is broken, yet the inside was open and it's sweltering inside. Nothing posted on the doors saying it's broken. The inside had two people and really should have been closed because there were no fans and no air moving. We were supposed to have a party here tonight. Fortunately, I arrived early and was able to communicate how hot it was so the group decided to go to a different Culvers. They refuse to put the air on in the store , so it hot in their with it being 100 out
Service was terrible, burgers were half cooked. My husband's sandwich wasn't even warm. It was not a welcoming atmosphere. We had 2 kids meals. We didn't have a chance to pull off the coupons. The girl who picked up our tray, stood there and tore them off. She then proceeded to put them in her pocket. When I told her I wanted them, she gave us a nasty look. In the future, we will go to a different Culvers.
