They messed up the order so I returned and it still wasn't correct. I didnt want to return for a third visit so I left a message and never heard back. This is the first Culvers that I didnt have a good experience with.
Placing my order took forever. I ordered a gf bun, but it was never put in my order. Had to do a second order to pay for the upcharge. It took 3 workers and a manager to finally figure out how to charge a gluten-free bun. Kids meals had a single, fries, and drink. Got to work 15 minutes away, and no fries. Ugh!!! Seriously?!? Well that killed my good burger and fries craving I had. Called and left a message. No response. Frustrating!
