Food good. Service terrible.
I placed a carry out order because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait in the drive-through. I waited over 45 minutes for my carryout, and received extremely cold food. They need to hire some adults.
Everyone got Hersey Squirts ! Burgers were cold and dry with cold cheese not melted. 35 minute wait to get it! Everyone got sick - even the dogs, all but two people who didn't eat any.
Please either bring the food faster or call numbers. Our food sat and was cold by the time it was brought to the table. There looked to be plenty of staff. 2 of the 4 veggie burgers were hardly cooked no one finished. Please train your staff to properly cook veggie burgers, I think that would solve it. They did try to make up for the bad veggie burgers by giving a complimentary fry and onion rings....so much better hot! Concrete shakes were very good.
