Yesterday was my first timing going and the staff was really nice and welcoming. Fast but efficient service. I receive my food very quick and it was hot and fresh. A member came and inform of the coupons on my daughters kids meal bag and I though that was pretty nice. I would recommend and go back.
Not impressed. The burger was way too greasy. I used 6 napkins while eating. The bun was too much bread for the size of the patty. Onion rings were good.
Great food and service. I would recommend to friends and family. Staff is very friendly and courteous.
We have been waiting for over 30 minutes at a table for our food and still have not received it. 2 meals should never take this long. I won't be back until this changes.
I love Culver's. Being from Wisconsin, I've eaten there most my life. Was super excited they were opening one here. Usually I have a good experience. Today however was ridiculous. We waited over 30 min to get our food, as did multiple people around us. When my mother went up to the counter to ask were they really that far behind and did they have any idea of when we would get our food, the lady at the counter snapped at her and said, well, you see the line don't you? We ordered at 12:40 still didn't get our food at 1:15. Got my money back and left.
