Great locationThis location is really starting to go down. Ordered a chicken sandwich today and got home to realize that it was someone's returned sandwich. The bun had a bite in it and cheese was melted inside the container when I did not add cheese at all. Laziness and a lack of care is killing this location. Poor management.
I dine in and carry out.
It got really expensive and the counter menu was hard to understand.
Always something wrong with my order
Last night, my friends and I were at Culver’s when we experienced the top level of customer service. Some other occupants of the restaurant were repeatedly harassing my friends and I, as well as being generally obnoxious and rude. However, our server Steve quickly recognized the situation took care of it with grace. He asked the boys to stop, but when they did not, he kicked them out.
