It got really expensive and the counter menu was hard to understand.
Always something wrong with my order
Last night, my friends and I were at Culver’s when we experienced the top level of customer service. Some other occupants of the restaurant were repeatedly harassing my friends and I, as well as being generally obnoxious and rude. However, our server Steve quickly recognized the situation took care of it with grace. He asked the boys to stop, but when they did not, he kicked them out. Steve was wonderful, a true gentleman. He made our dining experience the perfect stop to end my son’s special day. I also witnessed other servers following his example making the entire floor feel at home. This location is worth going out of the way for the dining experience because of the good people working here making it happen.
