Pulled into the drive thru to make an order No one answered over the speaker. So I pull around to the window and I am confronted with arrogant young girl. Tells me I need to pull back around to make an order cause she could not answer when I was at there speaker. Highly suggest you avoid this store
Very nice place to eat, workers are very polite. Great food!!!!
Super bad customer service. I will not return to this location again. I love Culver's, it's my favorite restaurant. But this oak lawn location. Customer service is garbage. They are lazy to process a transaction for coupons, they don't like to process them. Terrible experience.
