I ordered 2 double butter burgers with the works. I get home with ketchup, 2 pickles 1 ring of onion and glob on mustard... so I paid $14 for 2 mc doubles EXTRA MUSTARD. The kicker is you get charged extra for "the works".
Wow, for a moment I almost thought I was at McDonalds. I made my order and was pulled up to wait. I was one of the first cars in line. There were about 5-6 cars that had ordered before me and had to be pulled ahead as well. ALL but one was server before me, some with larger orders than me. All I ordered was a burger and a small cheese curd. It took nearly 18 minuets after I ordered to get it out to me. And it was lukewarm! Do NOT go to this Culvers! There is a drive thru scam. They will steal your credit card and burn it up. They steal EVERYONE'S credit card. Then the manager won't even call you back. Do NOT go to this Culvers drive thru. They will steal your credit card.
Tonight’s experience was horrible. Nasty attitude on the chick in the drive thru. She wouldn’t even listen to me completely and then I waited along time for the food. When the food was then brought out the order was wrong. I park and then walk in. Told one kid what my order should be and then he disappeared. 5 minutes later another kid came out and asked what my order should be, the whole time the drive thru girl with the poor attitude was giving me nasty looks. I LOVE the food...so far I haven't tried anything from the huge selection of food they have that I didn't like...but I must say those butter burgers are one of the best in town.
I just witnessed. An employee help an elderly man to his car put his walker in the trunk and open his door for him. That is by far some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
They don't have a no star..last time.I stop here.. five times I ordered buffalo strips.. the strips were smaller than mcd's nuggets.. I have said things numerous times.. culvers don't care.. for 10 dollars, one would think the strips would be bigger
ALways good, flavor of the day! So many varieties...
It was the worst Culvers we've ever been to everything was nasty
