Just got what was supposed to be a chocolate malt for my wife. I mentioned to the server that it didn't look right because it looked like a chocolate - vanilla swirl. She said that's the way they look . When I took it home my wife informed me it was not made correct after all . Culver's, 5610 Wansford Way, Rockford, IL 61109 You FAIL!
I have always loved Culvers but this last visit was horrid. I took my bf who has never been there before and they messed up our order not once but twice. The second time we didn't even hey any meat on one of sandwiches. They left a bad impression

Amazing customer service! I stopped in for lunch while running errands with my toddler and baby. The baby managed to fling my chicken tenders on the floor in the blink of an eye and someone came right over and offered to replace them for me. So kind!
I really like this Culver's restaurant. The staff are polite, the store is clean, and the orders are accurate. What may keep me from coming back is the excessive oversalting of the French fries. I like that they have real fries but the oversalting is to the point where I can't eat them anymore. I've been there several times recently and have had the same experience. Perhaps a quick staff training on how much salt to use would be helpful.

I ordered food through the drive thru window and had to repeat it four times. I took my food home and then realized they had messed up my order even after me repeating it four times! So I called them and they asked me to hold for the manager, and they told me to bring back my food. When I got back there the manager told me she had not spoken to me. So one of the employees was acting like the manager. Then I asked for my money back. Don't recommend this place.
