Went through the drive through for 2 smoothies and 5 sundaes, two people in the car had sundaes, after we got half way home I asked how they were, both said completely melted when they got them from the window. (they said they didn't want to complain), the others were complete puddles when I looked down. And our smoothies were 3/4 filled w/not enough fruit...$36.00 is a lot to pay for subpar summer treats... I am going to contact corporate, first time ever, since eating at a Culvers, and I'm 52.
RecommendedI was VERY impressed with their attention to details when it came to taking precautions. Great job employees! I noticed them!
My burger was raw. Patty completely pink in the inside. Called the store to report this the manager was very rude. Promised to mail me a coupon to replace the burger and never did. Manager also stated some people like their burgers with a little pink. I explained to her that a burger is not a steak and should be cooked thoroughly. Will be contacting corporate regarding this issue.
Food was good, especially the strawberry sundae.
The food. The service is amazing. They do what Culver's people are supposed to do. Odd and annoying parking and drive through.
Floor was so slick not slick like mopping but like greasy it was ice skating When I asked why is the floor so slippery I received a snotty answer that it’s wet. I said with what grease. I hope no one falls otherwise this Culver’s may have a lawsuit Wash your floors with real soap and water not old greasy water or get a new floor before someone gets hurt
Didn’t provide all food ordered effectively ripping us off and leaving one person without food. We will not be returning
A sign by the drive thru that states cars shouldn't block the crosswalk. Some people need the hand rail to step up and there's always a car blocking it.
