We frequent Culver’s quite a bit as it’s close to our home and we like the freshness of the food. We usually have great customer service and quick wait times. However, I want to share with you my experience last night. I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. I paid and pulled ahead to wait. After trying my drink I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. I decided it wasn’t a big deal and waited and waited and waited (12 cars behind me pulled around and left with bags of food). COVID-19 has made for some very harsh changes. Our town is canceling so much for safety concerns. Thank you for being a bright spot in our day! We got some food and parked in a park nearby. Always fresh food and great service! Your employees are wonderful!
Was very busy tonight during the covid issue. The workers did a great job and line moved fast.
