Haven’t eaten at Culver’s in years, as good as I remember
RecommendedThe building was spotless. the food was cooked to order. the young lady being trained was very polite.
usually I dont do this but I ordered a sandwich specifically with crispy bacon, I recieved soggy fat bacon, so for the $1 I had to pay for the bacon I wanted bacon I felt I could eat. I went in and kindly asked for crispy bacon, to which the cook had a full on meltdown. she began yelling things like "burn that", "I just cooked that I dont wanna do it again" etc. Like, first off Im sorry i even ordered bacon--I didnt know it would be this big of a deal. I drive a charter bus and I make sure if I am coming through town we stop here. The help there are so friendly and they have no problem getting everyone fed in a timely manner. Of course the food is the best.
Long queue. Busy time. Food took almost 1/2 hour. Disappointing.
very good food but inside reminded me maze weird setup
The food was good as every Culvers I've been to, however the service was disappointing. We ordered 3 adult meals and 3 kid's meals "to go". I specifically asked about getting the frozen yogurt with the kids meals and was told it would come with them. We got back to our hotel and no frozen yogurt with the kids meals. My son went back to ask for them and was told he had to bring the bags (he had the receipt). So he had to drive back to the hotel pull the bags out of the trash as return to Culvers.
