My order was a single bacon cheeseburger; no lettuce or tomato. What I got was a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato; no bacon. Then I asked for a small chocolate come and was told the chocolate custard wasn't ready; and did I want vanilla; said no and left.
Ordered the cashew chicken salad and turtle sundae. Sundae was melted by the time i got it and chocolate was hard. The salad part of the salad was so shriveled and dried it was in edible. The cashews were stale. For such expensive food I expect a little more. Snd also not to wait 10 minutes for it.
Fast service staff was friendly and delicious food and dessert just gluten free which was great
I rarely choose fast food. If I go to Culver's, it is for their milkshake. Yesterday, we did order burgers. Mine came with onions, even though I asked for no onions. We were being escorted out under an umbrella by an employee because of the torrential downpour. Nice touch. We told him to go back in. We were already soaked. The staff was friendly and attentive.
We go to Culver's often. Yesterday at the drive thru, the custard order we were given was melted, sloppy, and half the size it usually is. 4 employees stood at the drive window and just starred at me when I asked for a replacement for one of the dishes.
