I went there around 6 30 tonight and they forgot my chicken strips and burnt my burger plus they didn't give me a recit try calling to explain what happened and they hung up on me so I'm not going back there again
Zack and his crew are awesome. Food always is delicious and I have never been to a restaurant that cares about the people walking in the door as much as they do. Great experience.
sat over 10 minutes for delivery of 1 cone and 1 sundae. cashier FORGOT about the order. we got up and went to the counter to get it. sounds like they need to get it together. great mexican ice cream parlor around the corner
Probably will not be going to this culvers ever again... First of all it's all shitty worker's. they don't know what they are doing.. I ordered a two Turtle sundaes knowing it's happy hour. I get to the window as I'm waiting I see one of the workers put his dirty hands in the ice tray to get a drink And since I work in the food industry you should always wear gloves.. This specific location food is Solid 5 stars. They are cheap on custard portion serving a single scoop or two versus over 20plus locations Ive eaten at over the years with it sometimes being gritty not the smooth creamy feel to it. Knocking it down to 3 stars otherwise its 5 stars for every other locations
Ate here for lunch with my son & his class. Food & service was great!! Custard was so delicious ; )
