I am impressed, the cashier was willing to communicate with me with my cell phone, she doesn’t show any judgement and took my order with the phone. I give it 5 stars. The reason why i use my phone because I’m a deaf customer 😁
Stopped there today ordered 2- 2 scoops in a dish and came to almost 10.00. yikes. Once I got the order I thought they had mixed it up and only given me 1 scoop in each cup. Nope, they said that was their 2 scoop. Seems way over priced for what you get.
There help was a complete joke Forgot we ordered They kept having people come back in from the drive through They need better help!!!
great service, food, and very clean
I order a burger with a gluten free bun but, instead I was given a regular bun with the burger and gluten free bun on the side. Not only that, the regular bun was only put on top of the sandwich but, not the bottom. I have no idea how they even manage that. Not to mention it completely contaminated the burger with gluten which I can't eat.
Our dinners were delicious and the staff were friendly and upbeat even though we were there at nearly closing time. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service there. My favorite fast food and dessert place.
RecommendedCrystal Lake Raiders Sparkle Squad had another fundraiser at the Woodstock, IL Culver's and we can't say enough about the staff and our experience last night! The staff helped our Special Needs kiddos work hard and supported them all night long! They have an amazing crew there and we cant wait to come back and work with them again! Thank you so much to all the managers and staff for making our experience so wonderful! Sparkle loves Culver's Woodstock!
I was disappointed that they took away the fried chicken dinner and since they have been showing it on tv, and it's the only culvers near us i didnt like that those chose not to have the egg nog shake at all. We did on the up side seem to get a free bowl of chili that we didn't ask for when they brought our us our food.
The custard is amazing! I had a fudge pecan sundae and it was delicious!!!
