The employees are amazing. Today was my 1st time ever eating Culver's and the staff overheard me say that and treated me so well. They come to my table, greeted me and checked up on my experience. This is hands down one of my best customers service experience. Blessings to all the staff there.
The food is good. The place was clean. The people were friendly.
Customer Service has sadly gone way downhill here. My order is always wrong. so sad because used to love it
We pulled into the drive-through and ordered two concrete mixers. We then sat in the drive-through line waiting and waiting and waiting, at least 15 to 20 minutes all the time watching people behind us getting ice cream orders, and when we finally got our order, we got halfway home to find a huge slit down the side of the cup, and melted ice cream all over my husband's clothes. Somebody better figure out what the problem is up there, because you're gonna lose business very quickly
I came to night to the Frankfort location for just 2 things and got there at 6p.m.. I ordered to go a Pretzel Pub burger with everything except bacon and a small tutle concrete mixer. I received the the hot burger first, than the lady said your concrete mixer is coming up. I wasnt sure if she meant today or tomorrow, I finally asked her after still standing there with my burger that was now lukewarm how much longer for my turtle concrete mixer.
