The food is fabulous - deluxe burgers, cheese curds, fries - the custard is dreamy, but we keep going back because of the great people who work there!! Excellent service and so friendly!
Food is always made to order I would definitely recommend the fish dinner! Outstanding staff! Everyone is polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family! Keep up the good work!

every time I go to the Culver's in Galena Illinois they put my Fry's up side down and it's really starting to get on my nerves.

Minus 3 stars......I don't know what is happening. The food here was ALWAYS hot, cooked to perfection. Our last 5 sporadic visits were disappointments to say the least. The garnishes on the hamburgers were not fresh, were old. The once generous helpings of the garnishes vanished with the quality. The concrete mixer barely had any flavors at all. Great place to eat can’t beat a butter burger with your good buddy
I always get a concrete mixer with extra cookie dough and caramel. Never get the extra cookie dough and the bottom half of the mixer is plain vanilla custard. It never seems to be mixed properly and I feel like it happens all the time to me. I have even started ordering it as extra extra cookie dough and I still don't get it. I keep ordering it hoping it will be better but never is. So annoying!
