Any local organization that won't help a local non-profit like our humane society is not worth my business!!!! How sad!
They treated my 84 year old mother SO horribly that she walked out leaving her "employee's revenge" custard on the table! She initially ordered a small caramel cashew flavor of the day. When it was delivered, there were no cashews and almost no caramel. She asked the employee to redo it with the ingredients that were supposed to be included. If I could have a minus star I would definitely use it today. A culvers employee treated a 84 year old woman rudely today at this location. After finding out more details I will be adding comments sometime tomorrow for I have spoken to the night manager who will try and address this problem after I am able to give him the exact times that this problem occurred but for now -1 star!
The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! My order is always correct which leads me to believe that the staff is focused on their roles. Everyone I encounter is Super friendly and looks like they enjoy their job. Edward is a great manager! He is very engaging with customers and staff. It appears as though his shift runs smoothly!
