Ate at Culver’s this week for the 1st time since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I’m always so hesitant when eating out because of the risk of cross contamination. If I get any gluten, I will be sick for hours. I spoke twice with Austin from the kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and assured me they will clean the grill very well for my chicken breast, that they use separate utensils for gluten free.
