Needs a deep clean to say the very least, not good given current events. Smells like a dirty carpet when you walk in the door. I left and ate somewhere else. (Rt 30 in New Lenox)
RecommendedThe food has always been good here. If you want a quick, good tasting, reasonably priced burger, this is the place to go in NL! Make sure you look for coupons in your local mailing or on the back of your Jewel receipt. Save $$$!
On my lunch hour and the only thing I ordered was a turtle concrete mixer. The cashier had to ask someone to help him find it on the screen to total my order, okay. Than, I went to sit down with my # on the table and as I waited 10 minutes still n ok concrete mixer, I got up to see why it was taking so long and he just made it. It was not even filled to the top. Customer service horrible.
I went to New Lenox Culver’s with a coupon I received for joining their online club. You can only open the link one time. They refused my coupon because it was on my mobile device and not printed out. It clearly states on the coupon that you can show them the coupon on a mobile device. I missed out on using this coupon now because I can only open the link once and I was turned down. I was so upset that my husband and I just left. We went to Culver’s to get ice cream after my daughter Halloween party at her school we were created with bright smiles and compliments on our costumes! Our ice cream was made super fast and was delicious! They asked my daughter to do her wonder woman flying pose and it made her day!!!
Great experience every time, just came through drive thru at 9:59pm on Sunday and was not expecting the great service I received, great food, great staff, great culvers
Tonight was not the New Lenox’s locations best night. In the 13 years I’ve been eating at Culver’s it was the slowest food to the table. My wife’s burger looked like our 3 year old son made it. And my buffalo chicken strips value basket had no fries. I went and got them from the front but my wife the hard core Culver’s fan is disgusted with how this location has gone down over the last few months.
Love coming to Culvers to eat. My husband makes it a point to meet his friend at the one in Frankfort weekly for lunch
Not happy!! They forgot one of my fries and a paid .79 for a cup of cheese that was a quarter of the way full!!!
