I rate is 5 because it good and nice staff they lost our ice cream but it okay we make mistakes
Saw an employee in the bathroom leave the stall and not WASH HIS HANDS before returning to work. I will now never be able to go eat at a Culver’s again. I told the manager, but the employee will probably keep his job, when he should be removed immediately. Never again Culver’s. I was a big fan.
Food is always hot and fresh. My son loves it here.
My very first time at Culver’s @ 1800 Wise rd. In Schaumburg and I ordered a Swiss Mushroom Burger � not only it was cold it didn’t have any mushrooms � ppl its not a mushroom burger with no mushrooms. So I bring it to the managers attention and she asked one of the guys for a mushroom burger and he said “ What’s wrong “ she no mushrooms on the burger. Manager said to me we’ll make you another one. Guess what second time again no mushrooms � Really!!
Place is clean, deliver to your table and taste is really good. We tried burger,Chicken Nuggets and fries all tasted delicious 👍
Great food, great staff. We recently hosted a fundraiser there, and the management, staff, team and crew were extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our fundraiser a success!!!!
