franchise owner is rude to public and dislikes health department guidelines. do not recommend.
The owner of the Quincy location is a really awful person. There are better places to spend your money.

We came from Hannibal to eat at Culver’s last night. The storm had caused power outage. When we approached the drive thru we were approached by a very nice gentleman telling us of the power outage. His name was Junior and he was so kind and I hope management recognizes him as a team leader! He went above and beyond and such a kind soul. Thank you Junior! We will be back just to visit you!!
