They need to work on cleaning up their tables and floors. I know they messed up 3 different peoples burgers mine begin one of them. One of the guy said he was never coming back again not sure what else was wrong with his order.
I love there food and I like working there and meeting new people and it's awesome food?
Was in this location just yesterday and my husband had the cod sandwich and he was enjoying it until, we found 3 hairs in the container the sandwich was in , their are no hair nets worn by anyone and one of the employees was standing on the counter where food was and the cups for the frozen custard a very unsanitary place, not clean at all so our first visit, is our last....

Waiting 45 minutes for food at Culvers is totally unacceptable. Having to clean off our own table first was a nice touch as well. Will never come back here again.
Just went through the drive thru, order a large/tall concrete mixers with Reese cups, the young man at the window took my money and gave my change, then my mixer. I left and then noticed that they didn't give a receipt, no napkins and my mixers was 1 1/2 inches below the top of the cup, so it wasn't filled like it should've been. They charged me $5.09 and cheated me out of all of my order. This locations customer service has been going down hill as their prices increase.
The pumpkin concrete mixer was gross. Service was terrible. Ice cream was handed to me dripping all over.... I am now covered in it...
Had my first in Wisconsin Dells, and was very happy to find one here, 30+ mile drive, but worth it ! ! !
best butterburgers and best wisconsin cheese curds and the freshest onion rings i ever eaten , plus wonderful frozen custard too !
