The food is awesome and the staff is great. I will be back again.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was very clean. The ladies bathroom was clean also. Both Savannah and Gilberto were great in helping our group, Caring Hands Sarcoidosis Foundation in our volunteering as food runners. They greeted each customer with smiling faces and were quick to accommodate them whenever necessary. This was my first time having a Culver's burger and I was pleasantly surprised.
It wasn't the cleanest and the dispenser where the plastic tops for the drinks are was absolutely filthy.

Culvers is the best! I always went there in Racine, WI and when I moved to Michigan was happy to see one just a mile from my new house.
This restaurant scorches their burgers. They are way over cooked and burned. We have not found this same burned burger at any other Culver's. Tried twice to communicate our experience and they didn't have the decency to reply. Went to their Corporate site and there is no way to let them know. Just refers us back to write to Lansing directly. The Okemos location is much better.
Food was awesome; however I thought kids menu could have been a little cheaper but overall excellent.
I had a chocolate malt..so good. Just wish they would use bigger around straws. Had to "drink" it with a spoon!
