Always great and apparently I had great company that day
Food is okay, nothing to write home about. The "free wifi" they have sucks. You can't even check you email or get on FB, so what good is it? This is not the only fast food restaurant with this joke of a "free wifi" because I found this at Steak and Shake too.
Went here last night to get just a burger, waited in the drive thru line for 10 mins while other customers behind me got there food and were leaving a employee noticed I had been waiting and realized my food was not being prepared so she offered free dessert for the inconvenience (which I declined because I'm a patient person) when the server brought out my food she gave me a free burger basket coupon , best service I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant, I will continue to visit,thanks for the amazing service
Can't wait for Plainwell store to open. Culvers hits the spot!
