Staff is always nice, quick service, love that they bring the food to the table and last, but not least; the food is always good, especially the pot roast sandwich.
I wouldn’t visit this Culver’s again for a million bucks! Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Canay /sp/, you should work at a farm, not Culver’s. The on-site Asst. Manager was nice. However, I won’t be returning until staff is properly trained in customer service. Please and thank you go a long way. Apparently, the staff here missed the training during early childhood.
This is the best time of the year at Culver's. With the Walleye fish dinners, especially when you get a side of green beans and a side salad. The green beans are fantastic. The walleye are cooked perfectly.
While shopping at Meijer in Westland I found a Culver card on the ground. It didn’t look like a gift card so last night my husband and I went to eat there. When the lady brought our food to the table I asked her what it was. She snatched it out of my hand and snapped “where did you get this?” She said “this is a manager entry card” and walked away. No thank you or thank you from the manager . Poor manners but the food was very good.
Enjoy going there to eat, food always good and place is clean, Been going there for quite a few years, plus love their frozen custard.
MY WIFE & I USUALLY NJOY THA FOOD THERE, BUT, MY LAST VISIT I ORDERED A REUBEN SANDWICH, MY WIFE'S COD DINNER WAS GREAT, BUT MY SANDWICH WAS OVERCOOKED!!! THE BREAD WAS ACTUALLY BURNED LIKE BURNT TOAST!!! WISH I COULD SHOW A PICTURE!! I SHOULD'VE TAKEN IT BACK!!!
Great experience as always! The food was fantasmic! I've always lived the butter burgers and custard shakes! Restaurant was clean, staff was upbeat. Loved it!
