First of all, I usually eat at Birch Run Culvers. On this rare occasion I ordered my usual Rueben. My husband ordered a custom Burger along with his friend. One major issue was both burgers were made incorrectly. Most importantly, my Rueben was poorly made and thrown together missing ingredients. I am very dissapointed and left hungry.
