Always great service when we go yesterday always fast great food. Service from cashier up to a worker saying bye thank you for coming as we left while she was taking food to another table. Keep it we will keep coming back.

First timer at Culver's today, thanks to their generosity and offering nurses a free meal today! The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was scrumpdilicious! I had no idea this place was so close to the hospital we work at. I will be back. Thank you so much for making us feel special today.

At lunch today waited in the drive-thru to order and for my food for over 20 mins. Went inside to find total mayhem. Customers had been waiting for 30 mins for their orders. Workers were upset. Two girls crying. Cooks at window ticked off. Food was pushed out window and had fallen all over. Buns, pickled, burger patties strewn about counter tops. I was told a refund would take 20 mins. And food would be ready in another 30. I left hungry and without my money.
Make me feel like I am at home. Burger are always fresh and fries always crisp. Love the custard
When I order a gluten free burger with cheese do not put the cheese side down on a napkin or even wax paper. By the time I get home it's worse than useless. Meat to the parchment paper and never a napkin. This was a waste of my time, kudos on attempting glutenfree, just failed in execution.
