Nothing nice to say about this over priced wanna be white castle. My recommendation is to stop letting your staff serve charred burgers. Burgers are not supposed to be served if they been on the grill to long. Check your rows on the grill before saying thiere cooked to order cuz when you get a charred burger handed to youre car the same time you pull up from the box to the window then its obviously not cooked to order.
