i come here pretty frequently and today they gave me a half cooked chicken sandwich and when i asked them to remake it they just slapped chicken on bread and didn’t put any of the lettuce or mayo and they added pickles that i told them not to add. won’t be coming again.
Was looking forward to trying special walleye dinners.Tried to order online. Took too long to get thru complex menu of menus. Called on phone. Last said can't take dinner orders over phone.. must show up in person or use online thing. Went back to website. Spent 10 mins getting thru all the options for one dinner. Added 2nd dinner. Only to find out there was NO CHECKOUT OR ANY WAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER! Spent 5 more mins clicking around. Still no way to check out. Never going to Culvers again. $76 order. Orderred 2 fish dinners, no lemons and rolls amd fries were sopping wet. Ordered large diet root beer, received half full cup of regular root beer. Ordered large soup and mashed potatoes, received small. Ordered 2 burgers, barely any meat on either one. This has become a patter, not just a one time issue. Very disappointed with the fish sandwich 2/18/26 around 215 pm sevierville Tennessee. Carried it back and the cashier told me the manager was out and after showing her my sandwich to and pointed at the picture on the wall she said nothing is ever like the picture. The fish was 1 inch wide and about 3-4 inches long. A few pieces of lettuce and a small piece of cheese. Really good fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! Culver's has really good burgers along with a large variety of choices. Know also for their Custard.
Employees Elijah & Peter were very helpful & the dining room gentleman worker was top notch on J̌January 12, 2036. & the food was 5 star.
Me and family just return from Culvers on Sunday August 17. We were very please with their service and the food was excellent. The buttered burger was so well cooked and the fries were very tasty. What most impressed me was how the employees kept making sure we were being well taken care of, I've never experience such attentive service. My family and I will definitely return to Culvers.
Had to take my grill chicken sandwich in twice for some nasty rubber parts on it and mush. I was so grossed out threw it away and wasted 8 dollars
