Gave the old manager a two for one coupon. Paid with visa . Went back to my seat and seen she never gave me the two for one . When I ask her about it she said I made her nervous and it was my fought . The polite thing might of been to just simply say I’m sorry I’ll fix it . I’ll never go back to this Culver’s again

Just spent $3.90 on a Regular Root Beer Float. This is the amount of ice cream you get in a regular root beer float people! Save your money and go buy elsewhere! This location is losing me as a customer. Burnt cheese curds, front line managers that are crabby and yell at their employees, sad portions and please for the love of God... stop serving mixed greens that aren’t washed (or taste like their not washed) in all your salads...bring back romaine lettuce.
I love this place!! Great customer service and everything is freshly made and delicious!!
