Waited quite a bit for the food and then the chicken sand. was so dry and rubbery..did not finish. I would have returned it but I was on the road. Never get a chicken sand. there again. Have a mind to take my receipt in for a refund!
Was lied to(told they didn't have cheese curds) and not given what was ordered
staff sucks. food is okay IF it is made correctly.
I love culvers but this location was dirty and the staff seemed as though they were being bothered by the customers.
Horrible service, waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting area before calling into the store to ask what was going on. In which they told me they had no orders and there isn't a car in the waiting area. Apparently they cannot see, not only was I waiting there which they later realized when they looked. They then gave me cold food and 1 of the 2 meals was wrong. I'll stick with the good service of chic fil a across the street. I have never once had an issue there.
